Bernadette Lorenzo
BIG ISLAND OFFICE MANAGER AND CLIENT COORDINATOR
Aloha, my name is Bernadette Lorenzo, and I am currently the Office Manager/Client Coordinator at the Big Island location.
I was born and raised on the Big Island in Ka’u. I am the mother of six beautiful children and the grandmother of four. I have a background in the medical field. I earned my CNA certification in 2003 and worked for a year at Hilo Life Care Center. I then worked in customer service before returning to medicine field in 2018 and worked at a Hearing Aid Office in Kailua-Kona. I’ve taken a few continuing education classes in the medical field since then, and I’m now a Certified Hearing Specialist, and CPR/First Aid/AED certified. I also took classes in medical billing and coding. I started working for Aloha TLC in Waimea in June 2022.

Chelby Pajimola
CAREGIVER COORDINATOR
My name is Chelby Pajimola, and I am the caregiver coordinator at the big island office. My job is basically to assist our caregivers in staying organized and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that our service providers can be prepared and successful on their behalf.
I took an MA class with Island CPR and am currently studying medical terminology. I worked at Malama Market since I graduated, and I chose Aloha TLC to expand my experience and help me move forward in the future.
